- Catering Policies
- Final guaranteed guest count is required 10 days prior to your event. Guest count may be increased up to 48 hours prior.
- A deposit of $100.00 is required to secure your date for all catering events which is refundable with a cancellation of 30 days or more from the date of your event, except for weddings and large corporate events, which require a non-refundable deposit of $300.00. Your deposit is deducted from your statement. The balance is due after your final guest count is received. Mascaro’s Catering accepts cash, personal or business checks, money orders and travelers’ checks.
- Paper products are durable, laminated paper plates, salad bowls, plastic ware, napkins and fruit cups.
- All remaining food opened and placed on the buffet line belongs to our client and is packaged in disposable take home containers, subject to signing a “Leftover Food Waiver.” (Buffets only)
- Please add 18% gratuity and sales tax (unless exempt) to all staffed events.
- Infants up to 18 months are FREE. Deduct 10% per person for children under 6 (not applicable to Delivery orders or picnic menues).

Heat Retention Ovens for keeping your back-up foods piping hot (or ice cold) are available to rent for $12.50 each. Each unit will hold 4 full size aluminum pans.

Chafing pans (heaters), racks and lids, including two 6-hour Sterno, are available at $9.50 per unit for your buffet.

Heavy Duty White Plastic Tablecloths (banquet table size) for guest tables are available to purchase at $2.25 per table

A security deposit of $25.00 is required for rented equipment. This deposit is refunded immediately
upon return of Cleaned and Undamaged equipment within 48 hours after your event.

- Mascaro’s Catering can provide professional bartenders at $20.00/hour. Mixers, fruit and drinking glasses are available.
- Servers, wait staff and grilling assistants are available. Four-hour minimum required per staff member.
- China, flatware, glassware, guest table linen, napkins (white) and plastic guest table covering available at an additional charge.
